On this site you will find

  • the very latest results for all Western Province premier A and B, Boland and leading South Western Districts schools 1st XV rugby matches, including the points scorers in these games;
  • a comprehensive data bank of all games for the entire season;
  • a detailed up-to-date list of the Top 100 points scorers;
  • a performance-indicator table, on which one can see how well particular teams have fared during their season, presented without the implied suggestion that a higher percentage success rate indicates the superiority of one side over another;
  • result tables and logs for the Western Province Premier A and B “leagues” and the Boland Super Leagues, aimed at providing concrete evidence of precisely where teams stand in relation to each other; 
  • similar statistics for all of the above for 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013;
  • weekend previews, match reports and other topical pieces, including an archive of all other articles pertaining to this and last season;
  • top-class photographs. There is a group of photographers who are kindly letting me use their work.  These include Johan at Axnshots, Rondebosch stalwart Robert Gad, SACS man Wayne Williams, Gail Barnard out at Charlie Hofmeyr, Marilize Jordaan at Boland Landbou and a variety of young ladies from Paarl Gym.  They range from Arenda Staples, mother of the terrible twins, to student Anke Marais and Grade 10 learner Nicole Janse van Rensburg.  Please feel free to send me your photographs, which I would gratefully use with my articles.
